| Argh - Imrahil is in a difficult situation, caught between the duty of defending the besieged City, and the call of his heart, which yearns to do more to help Faramir than leave him in Denethor's care. And Faramir, trapped between the proverbial rock and hard place, chose to go out and meet death with honor. Sniff-sniff. Good thing that Gandalf and Imrahil were around to save Faramir and at least some of his men. | Great description Linda. Logical to have Imrahil dealing with Faramir's hurts. Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review.Tolkien did say Imrahil drew the arrow forth,so it seemed reasonable to assume he initially cared for Faramir. | |
