| To answer your question, no haven't watched NCIS or whatever. Author Reply: "Semper Fi," or "Always Faithful," is the credo of the Marine Corps. Leroy Jethro Gibbs, the leader of the team of NCIS agents who look into crimes involving or committed by Navy and Marine people, was a Marine sniper during his term of service to the nation. Part of the reason the phrase is increasingly popular is due to the popularity of the series. | |
