*laughs uncontrollably*

That's rich! Really rich! The perfect end to a "Perfect" night.

Author Reply: Yes, I would love to spend a night in a tent with those three. LOL Thanks for the review!

“I was just getting comfortable, Merry, but if you and Frodo want to go in, then I guess it will be alright.”

This is so incredibly young Pippin!! Lovin' it!!

Author Reply: Thank you! Poor Frodo had his hands full in all of this and all he was trying to do was entertain Pippin with a camp out. You never knew what small children want. LOL

LOL, even with no narrative, I can picture perfectly what everyone is doing, their tones of voices, their facial expressions. I've had this experience a few times myself. Annoying while it's happening, funny afterwards.

Author Reply: I think sometimes that Frodo tried too hard to please his cousins and others. This time, it got him stuff in a tent for a while. I'm glad you enjoyed it. I'd never written anything where it was strickly dialog before.

LOL! Too cute! What a chatter box Pippin is--and Merry falls into his chatter trap every time. What a lovely pair of hobbit cousin/siblings you have(they fight like siblings, anyway!). And I love your Frodo, too--the exasperated "older cousin/brother! See you next chapter!

Author Reply: Thanks for reading this one. I wondered at first if the conversatin only would be hard to read. Thought it might be difficult to tell who was saying what. Glad you enjoyed it.

Oh, this was PRECIOUSSSSSSS!!!!! How clever of you to write it all in dialogue and how spot on were your characterizations! I could practically hear every single word they said (in the voices of 'lij, Dom & Billeh). Thank you so much for this fun read!

Author Reply: Thank you for this great review! I hear those same voices when I write these things. LOL (Oops, just admitted to hearing voices and that may not be a good thing.) Thanks for reading!

Oh wonderful! That was the perfect way to start my morning, with a good laugh! I wouldn't want to sleep witht he bugs either an everything does seem a lot louder at night. Poor Frodo, he got pegged as grumpy by the younger cousins! Thank you for the fun!

Author Reply: I've been camping many times and I don't like sleeping with the bugs either. Poor Frodo was only trying to do something the others might enjoy and it turned out that everyone wanted to be in their nice, warm, beds. LOL Thank you for the review and I'm glad that it made you laugh.

Another utterly adorable story! Thank you for sharing these fun stories with us.

Author Reply: This all started with one short story and it just keeps growing. That's why I posted them together as a series. I'm so glad that you like them and thanks so much for reading them and reviewing both here and on the LJ. You've been a very good source of encouragement!

I remember coming across this one the other day, but I didn't realize it was one of yours, and I don't recall if I left a review for it or not. But it's very beautifully done in just the dialogue. Every bit just brings the picture out, and I can just see the three of them in my mind's eye.

Author Reply: I thank you for the kind words. It was in response to a challenge, but then, I always have relied on the dialogue rather than the discription and so this was something I enjoyed doing. Often times, I think my hobbits talk too much. This time, they had a reason.
