| Yikes! Poor Frodo was holding up so well and now this! It was a relief to see him get his medicine, even though they had to force him but I think he needs food as much as anything. I wonder how they're going get that into him if he resists? Well at least everyone knows now that something's going on. I just hope they get to the bottom of it soon so they can help Frodo get free. Author Reply: Ah but you know me, I can't leave well enough alone...had to make it just a tad more angsty. Frodo has alot of hurt/comfort and angst to come, especially in the next chapter, which, unfortunately is only in my head at the time. I hope to have it down on paper and typed up within the week, but RL is keeping me rather occupied at the time, and unfortunately, I have to deal with it first. | Poor Frodo, to be hungry, but afraid to eat and drink. good old Sam to bring along some candy. Finally Gandalf knows that Frodo is being influenced by someone. looking forward to more Author Reply: That Sam is a handy fella, isn't he? Wish I had one of him when I travel. Gandalf has been suspicious for awhile, but being the wise wizard he is, wanted to wait and see if the problems Frodo was having were due to his head injury or something more sinister. The next chapter will be pretty angsty (go figure, knowing me, right?) but there is lotsa h/c for our dear boy to come, mostly comfort. It just may be awhile before we see it.
