| I have sometimes wished it could have ended this way and Frodo never hurt, but then selfishly, terribly, I'm glad it didn't because then I would have never met Frodo and my life would have been so much poorer, though I wouldn't have known it. Namarie, God bless, Antane Author Reply: It never would have occurred to me to write this story had I not been intrigued by the "Different Decisions" challenge, and watching FOTR at the same time.
