| Oh, delightful!! I regret that I won't be reading for a while. I'll be in Iowa. But I promise to read as much as I may all this week until I have to go. I am so excited to see this up. | Yeah!!!! More of the "Quarrantined" universe!!! I absolutely love this series & it's one of my favs, Shirebound. This new one sounds like it's going to be quite interesting (and quite good, as always). You've got me trying to figure your plot out, I'm so intrigued. | Oh joy! More in the 'Quarantined' univers - hobbits, Halbarad, Aragorn, Frodo, Scamp and puppies!!!!! *squee* A wonderful beginning, Shirebound, and can't wait to read more. Fantastic idea to have the Dwarves offering to rebuild Annúminas! Don't like the sound of an explosion though, but I'm sure you won't make anyone suffer too badly. Sorry to be so tardy in reviewing - busy trying to complete Chapter 11 of 'Birthday Surprises' - now up! Author Reply: I just finished reading your new chapter... what a joy! Every update is so wonderful. Yes, we're off on a new Q-adventure! "...And yet, they have made an intriguing offer – if granted permission to mine those hills, should the race of Men ever once again come into our own they vow to help rebuild the ancient city of Annúminas, which lies now in ruins. It is much to hope for, but perhaps such a promise might be of benefit... someday." Ah, I like how you worked this in. I always did think that Gimli spoke of his folk helping in the rebuilding as if it were a matter that had been pre-arranged or something, so this makes perfect sense. Halbarad is so wonderful--I can't bear to think of his death in TTT. Can't wait for the next chapter! | Yah! More "Quarantined". I, also, may have to do some re-reading. I will definitely follow this new one. Oh, and if you ever run out of ideas (which I know is not likely,) At the end of the story when you let Aragorn learn that Gandalf wiped his memory to make it easier for him to let Frodo go, Gandalf tells him that he has the power to restore those memories. I would like to see the details of that process, as each one oththe Hobbits gets back what was covered. I think that could be interesting. Good Luck with this new one. I think I need to read "Quarantined" again--I read it I think about 2 years ago and thought it adorable, but all I can really remember about it is getting the doggie....(pssstttt---I want one of the pups!)
