Drummer  by Lady Bluejay 4 Review(s)

What a sweet, sad chapter. But wonderful to peek at the previous events through her eyes. Of course, the other girls would be jealous. I loved the anecdote with the horse and the child. But she still thinks of him as her "wicked prince." What a reputation he has. And her cousin was awful. What a sad home. Good thing she has Drummer. Funny that you've named the whole story for him. I am curious to see why. And of course to see if, and how, they get together again.

Thanks for giving us the reason for the slight delay in the procession back in E&L's story. It's great to see the events from her POV--I understand now the difficulty she faces in her house I can't wait to see the major part Drummer will play in the story! Hope Amroth visits her.

Author Reply: Well, Amroth will have to come back in somewhere. But animals are apt to take centre stage.

Thanks for reviewing. It is much appreciated. LBJ

I am really starting to enjoy the way that this story is developing. I hope that her "Prince Charming" can come and rescue her from this dreary existence soon - memories are simply not enough.

Author Reply: I was always a fan of Knights in shining armour riding to the rescue of the damsel in distress!!

Thanks for reviewing. LBJ
