At least I can no review! I take it that it was Eomer himself that came guised as a messenger to take her measure, and that he liked what he saw. Then she mistakes one of his companions as the King, her already drawn to him without yet realizing it.

And now, trying to kidnap her brother, she's instead managed to capture the very man she's been trying to avoid? How typical and funny!

Author Reply: Hello Larner,
what a nice surprise to hear from you again! And you've been busy reading ;-)

This turned into a story full of twists, some of them even taking me by surprise as I wrote it. But I'm really pleased to hear you enjoyed the story.

Thanks for reviewing!

Hmm, and whatever makes me think that the head will *not* belong to her brother...?

The scene takes a good deal of suspension of disbelief, but we let you have that Lia. ;-)

Author Reply: LOL. I think the whole story asks for a willing suspension of disbelief! However, it's very difficult to come up with a way in which a young woman can abduct a grown warrior. And I never claimed this was anything but pure frivolity ;-)

What a wild scheme!I can imagine a reluctant bride would be desparate, though.

Author Reply: Hello Linda,
this Lothiriel is rather wild, isn't she. And of course the whole scenario is not really completely serious, but it was fun to write.

I'm looking forward to seeing the look on 'Amrothos' face when he wakes up! :)

Author Reply: Hello Radbooks,
yes, I really enjoyed writing that scene. This Lothiriel takes no prisoners, does she!

Ooh! I loved this very much! I can almost imagine the look on the abductee's face!

Author Reply: Hello Whitewave,
let's just say he will be less than pleased by Lothiriel's resourcefulness ;-)

She is getting in such a big trouble...mistakes after mistakes, from mistaking Eomer to don't know who to mistaking him with her brother. Well, at least they will have time to know each other.

You are an excellent writer and I really enjoy all your stories, even if I don't review them as I should, but know than I'm reading and expecting your updates.

Author Reply: Hello Fantasia,
that's part of the attraction of this scenario to me, that Lothiriel is so blissfully unaware of what the reader knows.

And thanks for letting me know you're still reading my stories, I appreciate hearing from my readers.

I cannot help but giggle each time I read one of these chapters and you end them so perfectly! LOL! People around me are starting to think I am crazy when I'm on my laptop. She had better beware when dear old umm.....you know who makes it out of that water he will NOT be a happy camper, and Oh! to be stuck on that island with him with the boat gone! Hugs The Imp

Author Reply: Hello Imp,
fortunately the boat is still there, and Lothiriel is definitely in the 'better bargaining position'. However, you are of course right that the occupant of the carpet won't appreciate being dumped into the Anduin. I would have thought that at that time of the year it would carry melt water from the mountains as well...

More soon!
