| Oh, goodie! I was surprised to see that you're posting this story already! Three DF stories at the same time? Wheeeeee! I enjoyed this little scene between King and Rider, especially Danulf's surprise that he was not being given an order. Will we by chance be seeing any glimpses of Clovis in this? I still have hope for him. Author Reply: Yes, I have three WIPs going! I felt that Eomer would want to make sure that Danulf was really all right with taking this young stranger into his home and family-- especially since he has four small children! It satisfies the weregild system of justice, and yet at the same time puts him in a home where the sort of behavior is modeled that he should have been learning all along! | |
