I have always liked this story, but I guess I haven’t left a review. An intriguing read, and I like your take on Elladan and Elrohir. Thx for writing!

I like this story very much for the exciting plot together with quite philosophical discussion. I would like to ask you for the permission to translate it into Russion and to publish it on russian fanfiction site.

Thank you very much for this interesting and meaningful story!

I'm so glad to find a new story from you. I have read it and re-read it, it is a great story and as other have said, spooky. Poor Elladan, it was not only the fear of knowing that with the sunset a terrible doom was coming to him, was too, the converation with the nazgul and the ideas that he spoke to him, the eternal fear of the Ring bearer being under the One's power.
Love Elladan, his caracter and his bond with his brother.
So happy that you haven't forget LOTR and stop writing.
Thank you

Author Reply: Thank you so much for the review! I'm thrilled that you thought the story was spooky, and I love the meanings you pulled out of the conversation between Khamul and Elladan. There's certainly a lot for poor Elladan to think about. Thanks again!

This had me very tense from the first words. It was such a relief to find you didn't kill one of my favorite characters (or turn him into a wraith=thing.) I've read it a couple more times, picking up little things I might have missed the first time.

Author Reply: Many thanks for the review! And I was relieved that Elladan got out of the situation, too. For a while, I wasn't sure how he should escape, so he hung in limbo for a bit. He wasn't too happy with me. Thank you again fro your input, and Elladan also thanks you for your support. :)

Excellent story Thunder (I should say as usual). Very, very spooky. Well written portrayal of Elladan showing a different side. Scared and questioning things he's always believed in.

Author Reply: Thank you so much for your review! Scary stories are hard for me to write because I don't read much in that genre and I don't know the little writers' tricks for making scary stories scary. So I'm glad you felt it was "spooky." That makes my day. Thanks again!

Breathtaking. Skilfully wrought, tense, and... I wish I had more time to respond, but I am called away. This is one I would like to come back and read again, without having to rush.

Fascinating concept.

Author Reply: Well, I'm just grateful you took time away from your busy schedule to sit down and read this little story, much less review. Thank you so much! I'm glad you felt it was tense. Keeping up tension throughout the story without much room to break that tension down once in a while wasn't something I was sure could happen. Thank you again for the review, especially in the midst of a busy day!

Oh, my.... what a chilling thought, about the Three! And what a terrifying encounter....

This is really engrossing, Thundera.... very nicely done!

Author Reply: Thank you so much for your review! I'm so glad the encounter rang as "terrifying." I wondered if the feeling of menace ebbed toward the end as they got more into their conversation. I did want to inject a certain weariness on Elladan's part, but I really couldn't see him dropping his guard much or forgetting that his partner in dialogue was a Ring-wraith. So I'm thrilled that you felt this was chilling and terrifying. Thank you again!
