Till We Have Faces  by Antane 4 Review(s)

First, deepest congratulations on the book!

I love Boromir's thoughts of Faramir. That he saw the likeness between Frodo and his brother was neat.

You wrote the discovery of his father's fate very well.

As for Frodo, it hurts to 'hear' his voice, so distant, so wounded.

I can't imagine how on earth Boromir is going to feel once he discovers he is not in 'Kansas.'

Blessings

Author Reply: Thank you so much for your congrats and all your kind words! *hugs* Yes, dear Frodo and his pain, it hurts me too. I have some idea how Boromir is going to react but we shall see what else comes out. Stay tuned! And thanks for giving me this bunny to begin with. :) I'll have to finish before the end of the year because I'll be starting the 2nd book in January.

Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

I was (and still am) very busy these days and weeks, so I simply had no time to read this before. But now I'm finally here. ;)
I like how you develop their relationship and how careful Frodo is about Boromir. And poor Boromir - there really are *many* news to hear! I think everybody would be confused in that situation.
Looking forward for more (though again it might be weeks until next reading...)!

Author Reply: I'm glad you made it here and even more that you are enjoying. :) Thanks!

It is a lot to take in, just what he's been told so far. He will need time to appreciate that he isn't in Kansas--I mean, Middle Earth--any more. Too bad Frodo still feels guilty, though.

Author Reply: A lot indeed and the worst is still to come after he discovers he really isn't in 'Kansas'. Let him have the belief that he still is as long as he can. I think Frodo doesn't like being reminded that he isn't anymore himself. But they have each other and that will become increasingly important.

What a great deal for Boromir to think about and deal with! Dear Frodo, still so in need of healing.

Congratulations on the publication of your book! What an achievement.

Author Reply: Thank you, my dear! It's taken years but it's finally out! *hugs* I think Boromir will play a big part in Frodo's healing, just as Frodo will play a part in his.

Namarie, God bless, Antane :)
