Till We Have Faces  by Antane 2 Review(s)

Oh, yes, the "You are a greater hero than anyone else!" argument. Heh! But they must pass the tower to reach the mountain, after all. I'm glad he's not having to face it alone.

Author Reply: Me too. :) I fear it will not be an easy time and the Fire will be the worst, but it will a little help from friends, mortal and otherwise, will be wonderful. Yes, the never ending argument appears again and Sam is not here to refute Frodo's words about not being a hero so Boromir must. :)

Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

I loved every bit of this chapter. Boromir is wise to keep Frodo from repeating the endless litany of "I did nothing heroic". Frodo may never understand his Greatness, but he needs to acknowledge his true worth.

Author Reply: Le hannon, my dear! I am glad you continue to enjoy. Well, as we know from the legendary Baggins stubbornness, it may take a while longer for Frodo to realize his position in littleness and greatness as the Professor said, but I hope he will come to that point.

Namarie, God bless, Antane :)
