| The general, I prefer this version of Aunt Ivriniel,. She’s often portrayed as dowagery and its most unbecoming. I like her best this way. Conspirator to her nieces and nephews. And I loved the line that The Prince of Dol Amroth suffered from the illusion that he ran his home and princedom. Funny. Author Reply: I have to admit I've depicted her as a bit of a martinet myself at times (and had my fun with her). Though I do like this Aunt Ivriniel too. Since we know nothing about her from Tolkien's writing, she's like a blank slate. | |

| Finally, I have time to start reading this story. Eomer and forgetting that kiss? Yeah, right, dream on. Lothiriel is setting herself up for a deep fall. And this time she has co-conspirators. I don't think Lothiriel's plan will work, but that is the whole point of this story;-). I love to see how you make her wind and struggle, to get out of this fix. | If wishes were kisses. *g* My motto has always been honesty first. I have seen the ravages of lying. It always comes back and kicks the liar in the behind. I'm proud of Amrothos. He's a good brother. Well, on to see what happens next. Author Reply: Honesty first has always been my motto, too. Even if it hurts in the short term, in the long run it's the only way to live with yourself. However, that's a lesson that Lothiriel still has to learn. I have to admit though that I like to see her wriggle! | |
