| Very tense and emotional chapter, Lai. And Glorfindel. "Just a scratch, Elrond. Don't sweat it." I'm sure he got as far as his room and then oollapsed and there's bound to be another crisis after Saeron is saved. LOL! Eagerly looking forward to the next chapter. | Glorfindel is badly injured. Saeron is dying. Thranduil and the Queen are just holding it together and Elrond is out of his Imladris comfort zone. Will the antidote work? Will Saeron fully recover? | I, too, would be taut with anxiety! Poor Saeron! I do hope he is strong enough to fight off the poison! At least they have this chance, as slight as it is. | My, my! You start out quietly enough, with Elrond reaching out to the forest for news. Then the scouting party returns, and everything happens at once! It is somewhat of a relief that the Prince now has a fighting chance. But we are still left wondering whether he will make it. And has Glorfindel been spider bitten too? You are a mistress of suspense! Author Reply: thatīs the lovliest praise I ever got.
