From the time Glorfindel opened the bricked-up cell and Elrond said "some secrets should remain hidden", Elrond's instincts have only reinforced his alarm and distrust of the whole situation. His instincts have proven correct. What now Lai? Looking forward to another long chapter.

Author Reply: the sad thing is that both positions can be understood, yet Glorfindel would do good to heed Elrond´s warnings. What now indeed, but read on, my friend and you will see...thanks for a most appreciated review, Tina. Lai

So, there is apparently a reason why this elf woman should not be brought back among the living then, one that Elrond knows but not Glorfindel? I admit to siding with Glorfindel, myself.

Author Reply: I´m too but is Glorfindel really seeing reason? THanks for your Review, Larner. Lai

Very interesting, maybe Glorfindel sensed that the female elf was his other half. Elves are know to be able to sense these things at first sight. Update the next one soon.

Author Reply: ah, you are near the core, but not quite. Bear with me and you will see. Thanks for the review, Imamc. Lai

Goodness, I'm as confused as Aragorn. What a tragic and chilling discovery. Saruman truly was evil.

Author Reply: Confusion will turn to pure horror when the whole evil is revealed . Saruman is more than evil. Thank you for the review, Shirebound. Lai
