It's good that they got some "semi" private time together.

Oh Eomer, you still have a lot to learn about women and your Queen especially. That was such a nice outing. I loved the end with the sun setting and dusk bleaching out all the colors. It perfectly matched the ending of their time alone.

Author Reply: Thanks! So often what we feel also influences the way we look at the world, doesn't it.

I'm glad Lothiriel enjoyed the outing. What a beautiful place! I do hope they have a child soon.

Author Reply: I think that Eomer realised too that Lothiriel enjoyed the outing. Now he just has to take the hint!

Awwww... bless them. Looks like she's falling for him too - but still thinking that they're both holding to the bargin! At least Eomer is learning... He's delightfully adorable trying so hard to be patient or say the right thing - and failing utterly. :-)

Author Reply: You have to give him marks for trying though, don't you. They're just not very good at communicating ;-)

Oh poor lad - he does try, doesn't he? But he has been so busy being a warrior he's really got no idea, sometimes :)

Author Reply: Yes, I don't see him as very eloquent. I actually got the idea from an incident many years ago when my dad gave my mum a kitchen utensil for Christmas - not a very successful present ;-D

Foolish lad ought to have told her how much she brightened not only his kingdom but his own happiness! But he'll learn.

Author Reply: Yes, his compliment fell a bit flat, didn't it. He needs more practice!
