And Bell is getting older by the minute Oh my! She certainly is, the poor dear! LOL! ~Elemmírë~ Author Reply: Yes, the poor dear! 8-D

Delightful! What a nice smile with which to greet the morning. Author Reply: And that gave me a smile! Thank you dear! 8-)

That was wonderful. I loved the way the adult males flocked to the new toys. Bilbo really should have sent them each a set. LOL So very like men. Author Reply: I just wish Bilbo had been there too, LOL! Could you just see him joining in with them and directing the adventure?

A sweet story - love anytime Frodo is happy and innocent and untouched and with his parents. They will have fun with those toys! Maybe the spider is hiding somewhere or they can capture one. Namarie, God bless, Antane :) Author Reply: I do love to write about the early days for all our lads. Oh, I figure they will commandeer something that will work for spiders--maybe the salt and pepper shakers or something. *grin*

*giggles* Oh, how funny, Dreamflower! I love it! Little Frodo struggling with the s's (oh, the days--I never had trouble, but one of my classmates did, and he didn't seem to realize what trying too hard caused, LOL), and Bilbo's gift (splendid, of course, and very Bilbo-ish), and of course the best part, the grown-ups playing like little kids. Yes, they never *ever* grow up! :) While he would be only too happy for them to play with him, this *was* *his* present! But they were grown-ups--how could he say anything? All of this was obvious in the look of appeal he cast to his mother. Aww! It's a good thing Primula stepped in when she did. *grins* Thanks for such a delightful read and a much-needed laugh! God bless, Galadriel Author Reply: I thought that Frodo would be one of those children who would be unhappy with lisping--he's fond of words, and would want so badly to say them *properly*, LOL! Primula was observant; like most moms, she knows dad is a big kid too!

Oh, Dreamflower, how absolutely perfect! Oh, how perfect! How many times we'd get a new toy for the kids and Dad would be down there playing with it himself! Oh, I can SO see this! Heh! Author Reply: Oh, I know! I've seen it myself! It's just universal male behavior, I think. *grin*

LOL! Omg...isn't that the truth! No, Primula, my dear, they *never* grow up. A lovely story, from beginning to end! I had a nice chuckle about Frodo's missing teeth -- so adorable! Happy Mother's Day! PF Author Reply: So glad it gave you a laugh! Yes, I think that's a universal "guy thing". And Frodo just *had* to lose those two front teeth *sometime*! LOL!
