| Ah, but Hope indeed approaches the White City, and from more direction! Ho wonderful to see you return! | |

| Tell him not to worry, that everything will be okay, Gandalf and I have it well in hand! Dear Pippin! I absolutely love Dûrlin's self-awareness, honesty, and courage. We all need someone like him in our lives. | |

| I really love this fic! You stayed wonderfully true to the characters and I lobe reading about Boromir survive! Great job, would be really happy if you get to continue it at some point! So curious/scared about your take on the brothers reuniting! | |

| I am happy to see that you continue this story! As I have said before, I love your Durlin! If Tolkien's Denethor had him in his corner, perhaps things would have turned out much differently. And I agree with the other reviewer. I do believe Gandalf draws hope and good energy from his "Fool of a Took". I have long believed that Gandalf very much loves his Hobbits. | |

| First, I have a soft spot for Imrahil. It is always a delight to see him in any tale. Loved his questioning Denethor and the respect the two have of each other. And Gandalf farewelling Faramir was perfect. It felt good to know Gandalf sent him off with words of encouragement. And finally, Boromir is on Gondor land. Phew! Wasn’t sure he’d make it. Thank you! | |

| My goodness.... what a treat. I did not realize you were posting chapters. So glad I came to read Katzillas and decided to see what you’ve been up to. A glorious chapter. I noticed, in some comments, that someone said reading Lords of Gondor was like reading the master, himself. Love every word of this chapter. The Rohirrim, Boromir's men, Pippin and Gandalf... and Faramir. Exquisite. Blessings. | |

| I am often glad that this site lets us do more than one review per chapter. Oops, the one with the loom is VAIRE, of course, not Varda! And, also, i am glad you are still traveling along with this story! | |

| For an enjoyable take on the fresh south wind blowing up from the sea, go read Chapter 21, called "Breath of Arda" in Fiondil's "Tales From Varda's Loom." He suggests that Manwe and the Valar sent that wind to aid the cause of those on the side of Light. A hopeful story, just as this one is. Author Reply: Thank you for reading, and thanks so much for the heads up about Fiondil's story -- I will definitely go read that, I love his work and how he always seemed to write with hope. | |

| Can't wait for this story to keep going. I can't wait to see the Boromir/Aragorn reunion! | |

| Have finally been able to carve out time for fanfic again, and so glad I saw this on the first page at SoA today! I am only at the beginning, but I have to say I love the way you've turned Boromir's familiar death scene into something much more hopeful. Looking forward to reading more. | |
