| *grin* I remember this! Hilarious! Perhaps next year, Sam can plant the tomatoes upside-down in buckets like I do. They wouldn't need any stakes then, and maybe Pippin could try his experiment again. Author Reply: You know, Sam might just be the very hobbit that thought of those upside down tomatoes! You should do a fiction where he or someone in the Shire plants upside down tomatoes. That would be funny. I'm sure the Gaffer would find it very annoying!
