| My, my! Are any of you who are reading this old enough to be familiar with the American television series called "Dallas"? I know some of you are. It was on oh, late Eighties to early 1990's, I think. It was about a family of scheming Texas oil barons. One season the writers killed the somewhat nicer youngest brother of the family early in the season. The last episode of that season featured Bobby Ewing's grieving young widow waking with a start to the sound of a shower from her bathroom. She went in to see her towel-wrapped, very much alive husband! The whole season turned out to be her dream! Or, on the other hand, maybe he is going mad? Or, some evil influence is trying to upset the family? All kinds of possibilities here! Author Reply: to my shame I have to admit that I liked Dallas and in fact I have looked as long as the scene you described. Then I have stopped because this turn of events was stupid in my opinion. I have not thought at this scene while writing my story and Elrohir´s problem is a bit more complicated or so I hope. I hope you like what´s going on. I will post the next chapter today. | Yes, I believe that is how it could have been if one of them had been killed, or even badly injured in a battle.I have known ordinary mortal twins who knew when the other was going to telephone. How much closer would 3/4 elf twins be? Feeling his twin's fea fleeing away must surely have felt like part of himself was dying. This should be good! Author Reply: thank you!
