Hi Laikwalasse,
I'm loving this story but for some reason this chapter really has me a bit pissed at Glorifindel.
I mean, he gets his life saved twice by Elrond and you'd think he'd show a little gratitude. lol.

Well, it was nice to see Namo and Vaire. I always enjoy when they show up.

Can't wait for the next chapter.

Author Reply: Glorfindel will see reason - he always have. This time he only needs a bit more time. I´m glad you liked my Valar - they are not easy to write. Thanks for a most appreciated review, Lai

What a horrible way for Glorfindel to learn the truth and to lose his love all over again. I pity Elrond for all be had endured in this ad well. Maybe when Glorfindel does finally sail he will see her whole and well again.

Author Reply: Glorfindel would have deserved better. Poor guys - both of them. To see her again will be Glorfindel´s only hope. Thank you so much for reviewing, Ellie. Lai

He would lift the ban, and the poor soul would finally find her way home. Vairë was already informing her sister Nienna to take all sorrow from the she elf´s shoulders and give Elvëa the peace she had long deserved.

Oh my. Such a tragic tale, yet still with a breath of hope.

Author Reply: that´s the least what the Valar can do for our poor Glorfindel. Thanks for a much appreciated review, shirebound. Lai

Ah! Glorfindel "There are none so blind as those who will not see." How will Elrond be able to convince his friend that the woman is possessed? You've got a big problem on your plate Elrond. As ever, looking forward to your next chapter Lai.

Author Reply: I doubt if any more talking will change anything. Glorfindel will not listen. So there is only waiting at the next chapter, my friend. LOL. Thanks for the review, Tina. Lai

Glorfindel is still clueless. Love is blind in his case. I do not envy Elrond the task ahead.

Author Reply: sadly Elrond has others to care for too and so Glorfindel cannot be his sole concern. Glorfindel is really not in his right mind right now and he will again react differently than expected. Thank you for reviewing, Ellie. Lai

Goodness, she certainly does sound possessed. What a strange situation this is.

Author Reply: long anticipated by Elrond but being confronted is really strange. Now it´s hard to know what to do. Thank you for reviewing, shirebound. Lai

From the time Glorfindel opened the bricked-up cell and Elrond said "some secrets should remain hidden", Elrond's instincts have only reinforced his alarm and distrust of the whole situation. His instincts have proven correct. What now Lai? Looking forward to another long chapter.

Author Reply: the sad thing is that both positions can be understood, yet Glorfindel would do good to heed Elrond´s warnings. What now indeed, but read on, my friend and you will see...thanks for a most appreciated review, Tina. Lai

She is apparently delerious, and possibly more than halfway to orc-hood. Now, to see if they can unravel the reasons Saruman had kept her so imprisoned.

Author Reply: I fear she is a bit more than delirious. Saruman has reached them at last and everyone involved is paying the price. Thanks for reviewing, Larner. Lai

As Little Orphan Annie would say, "Oh My Goodness"! All at once. As other reviewers have noted, you have given us clues, chiefly Elrond's simmering sense of dread. I was expecting some subtle form of attack, or some sabotage. This was dramatic. But now, as another reviewer has noted, who really is this in Elvea's body? Or are there two in there, herself, and some servant of Sauron or Morgoth? This is really intrigueing!

Author Reply: Glorfindel´s motivation is clear but he should not ingnore Elrond´s warnings. He should open his mind and consider that not all is as it looks like with Elvea. Thanky ou so much for a most appreciated review, demeter d. Lai
