| Absolutely delighted to see another chapter. Thank you for posting. I'm really enjoying how each of Thorongil's skills are slowly being discovered and used, and all with humility from him. I couldn't help but feel a chill when Aragorn is looking east and thinking of the terror that dwells there. | |

| Ah, finally time to savor this tale! I rejoice that Thorongil thought to go before the magistrate so as to better help Jamon, and it appears that Minardil has managed to find a beacon of his own to lead him to physical and emotional fulfillment in his attempts to support Jamon's own marriage. At least Denethor knows now how deeply he is feared by the enemy, which must be both reassuring and capable of raising anxiety. Good enough! | |

I love these intertwining little sidesteps of yours. Looking forward to its unfolding. | Seems like Thorongil's teachings to Jarmon were successful. But Denethor needs to be more careful in what he asks. If the prisoner does not talk or tells fairy tales, he will blame Jarmon and that is patently wrong. | |
