So much joy and warmth in it :)) My favorite part : “Pippin is a knight of Gondor, acclaimed for his deeds,” Frodo said, his eyes beaming with pride, “and King Éomer honored Merry for service to Rohan, saving Lady Éowyn's life, and aiding in killing the Dark Lord’s servant, the Witch King of Angmar. | Ah, yes, brushes often appear to desire to escape their duties. I have scads of them but the best of them love to hide from me. Pens are equally desirous of vacations, and scissors simply scurry away to hide under whatever they can find to hide under. Now, to see what Frodo might find therapeutic regarding candle wax! | What a great story Shire, Now I'm bouncing around like a hobbit in suspense. I love how you are portraying the hobbits interacting with each other.
