| Thank you for sharing this lovely story. It is very insightful, looking deep within and beyond the words in the book. I did wonder how it was that Celeborn was "accounted the wisest of the Elves of Middle-earth" (where does that leave Elrond?). And why indeed gift Samwise a "quantity of Earth?" And I like the way you fleshed out their characters, with Galadriel's quick-tempered "eyes blazing in defiance," and thoughtful Celeborn's "wisdom growing keener with the years." A very lovely story indeed, and I hope you will share more stories.
