| On a hunch I sneaked over to ff.net to see if you had more of this story on there because I couldn’t stand the cliffhanger after Chapter 7 – so now I can keep reading it. | Oh, well done! I saw your two stories at the top of the SoA home page just now, just when I need to close the laptop and deal with RL stuff. I'm fairly sure I have not read either of them before since my focus was primarily hobbits before I retired and had more time to read fanfic. So I procrastinated long enough to skim the first chapter of this one. I'm very much looking forward to coming back and reading the chapter without time pressure bearing down on me, able to savor rather than gulp.
