• Of Closed and Opened Doors

The aftermath of Faramir's retreat from Osgiliath.....with twists. Set in the Houses of Healing. COMPLETE *1/22/24: I have updated this story to include images here: https://archiveofourown.org/works/61917949/chapters/158324317 I made these with the help of AI. Please understand that I am aware of inconsistencies with these images. AI has proven to be fickle, and I have devoted many hours and utilized multiple websites and tools to try to bring this tale to life. I realize that AI is controversial, and I certainly mean no offense, especially to true artists. But for me who was born without such a gift, I think it is helpful in enhancing my work. Some images depict the aftermath of battle and may be graphic to some. If this is disturbing and worrisome, or if you are offended by the use of AI-generated images, please read the original piece here on this site.
