ok, he is either one of the healers, the sick person or one of the servants. i will guess that Legolas's father is one of the healers, and Estel is one of the servants. I think i need more clues here!

great story, i love the wager, somehow i don't think the twins are going to have a chance at winning it. also love the suggustion that Halbarad was the old woman. Looking forward to more

Ok, if Toby is Estel, not only is he a master of disguise, but the ornery woman needs an academy award for her acting! I am going to just laugh if that 'woman' is Halbarad :D:D

Nilmandra · 1 January 2004 · Chapter 4: The wager

Oh, this is going to be a fun wager, because it is based on skill and cunning! I look forward to seeing what Estel devises for his plan!

hmmm, a wager? How will this turn out?

paranoidangel · 30 December 2003 · Chapter 3: To fool an Elf

Aha, so this is where the title comes in! I would have liked to have seen Aragorn juggling daggers and I am looking forward to seeing how he tries to disguise himself and whether he succeeds.

Nilmandra · 30 December 2003 · Chapter 3: To fool an Elf

I am intrigued to see what Estel comes up with here! However, I do feel terrible to think of how the men must have suffered. Rangers must be in awful trouble if they cannot survive in the wild.
