Oh, that was wonderful! So bittersweet. Your dialogue is perfect: absolutely in character for everyone. And what an interesting idea for a story. I never thought about this before. It had never occurred to me - and only occurred to me halfway thru reading your story, when Arwen and Celebrian are talking about love - that when Arwen chooses Aragorn, she doesn't just give up her immortality; it means she will never see her mother again. Oh, that was so sad. Good job, hon!
