Hahahahah, I loved this story. Haha the 'dratted linen basket'. Merry's POV was very nice. I loved the way he was so matter-of-fact about things.

...At least now I know I'm not the only one who thinks the posters and cutouts are watching me in an illicit fashion... I never would have suspected Bilbo... I mean, really! But that IS a good way to cure a wandering eye...

LOL! First off, this was written very well from Merry's POV. Second, it was quit humorous! I thought this story idea may of came from the interview with Dominic Monaghan and Billy Boyd, but I guess it didn't. The other reason was funny too! Now I'm wary of buying one of those cardboard cutouts :D

Ooooh, I liked this one!!! You had the dirty-minded teenaged mentality pegged so perfectly. And it would have been Merry, moreso than any of the other hobbits, to have taken advantage of that, too! You need to write a follow-up -- what were Merry's thoughts when Galadriel bent over to kiss the top of his head?

Oh my gosh!!!!!!!! This was hysterical! I laughed out loud many, many times! Bad Merry! But funny Merry! And that Bilbo, what a scamp!

Laughing...very hard laughing... There it is again, the reference to the Hornblowers estate. What happended there? I'm sure it would make an...interesting tale!
