· Chapter 12: Facing the past
Interesting chapter. Hopefully Faramir will be able to learn from this encounter and then return to life! He's too young to die! (yes, we know he's a fictional character, but we love him anyway) Besides, he hasn't, technically died yet; no mention of his being d-e-a-d. Keep it that way, please!
Hope you update soon.

Vibrant, exciting chapter!
You aren't really gonna kill off Faramir, are you? Perish the thought!

So Faramir will be rescued. I would hate to have to try to escape from a Ranger!

Good to see the story updated!
I liked your having Faramir, weakened from illness and injury as he was, smart enough to recognize people from various odors; it's very Ranger-like.
Please keep posting!

· Chapter 4: The King's study
The story seems much improved, the plot is tighter.
I'd like to see Aragorn visit Faramir in the Houses of Healing.
Minor quibble - if Bergil is now a "man"; then Elrond cannot be in Minas Tirith to be one of Faramir's healers; he sailed to Valinor about four years after the War of the Ring (in the movie; in the book it was two years later). His sons could definitely be visiting Gondor; no one knows when, or if, they left Middle-earth.
Keep updating!

· Chapter 1: Assassination
Great start to your story, but you should check the end of the first chapter. It looks as though your final sentence has been chopped off in the middle.

Ooh, scary! And just what will be "the means of death"?
Please update soon = I like this story!

· Chapter 2: Questions and answers
Unless Eomer and Faramir have had an unrecorded adventure together; they would not yet be 'brothers in arms' since at this point they had never fought together.
Good idea of bonding Eomer and Faramir through travels and tavern visits. However, Faramir is depicted as more of a drunken schoolboy here. Even drunk, Faramir is at least 36 years old and the Steward of Gondor; he would not throw balls of flour at the Steward's chair and especially not at his King's throne.

This is a good story, and I look forward to reading more; however, this chapter seems to not be wrapped or something.

Oh my, surely you're not stopping there! I love Faramir and must know
quickly how badly he's hurt!! The dialogue about a little dagger hurting
so much is extremely effective = I feel his pain.

Wow, I am enjoying this story already.
I liked Faramir and love stories about him. Some really good writing here and a nice plot line to start the ball rolling.
I could easily believe that he and Aragorn were friends and became friends.
Hope to read more of this story.
