Devastating! This is a very honest insight into what grief is, especially for someone like Frodo. Reading this, I can't understand why the death of Frodo's parents didn't leave some mark on him in LotR. Or maybe it did. Thank you!

Poor Frodo! You captured the wildness of the storm and his grief wonderfully. The last paragraph was just tragic, too. Thanks for a great fic!
