Elanor Silmariën · 7 January 2006 · Chapter 9: March 21, 1420, S.R.

Where's Sam when you need him? This is really good, I only hope certain people show up before anything seriously bad happens! Elanor : )

Larner · 3 September 2005 · Chapter 13: March 25, 1420, S.R.

Nice to see Sandy's plans go to nought.

Larner · 3 September 2005 · Chapter 12: March 24, 1420, S.R.

Sandy continues a nasty git.

Larner · 2 September 2005 · Chapter 11: March 23, 1420, S.R.

And now Pippin is being dragged further into the plot.

Larner · 2 September 2005 · Chapter 10: March 22, 1420, S.R.

At least his paranoia toward Sandy has good reason behind it.

Larner · 2 September 2005 · Chapter 9: March 21, 1420, S.R.

Other than the fact Frodo would have been totally uneducated in the Old Testament, it's a good example here.

Larner · 2 September 2005 · Chapter 8: March 20, 1420, S.R.

Nasty, two-faced git.

Larner · 2 September 2005 · Chapter 7: March 19, 1420, S.R.

Nasty, sneaky S-B! The language of Pippin sounds just a bit artificial, but I can see the plot.

Larner · 2 September 2005 · Chapter 6: March 18, 1420 S.R.

A perfect situation for a vengeful, spiteful S-B! Poor Frodo will learn first-hand what enmity among hobbits is like!

Larner · 2 September 2005 · Chapter 5: March 17, 1420 S.R.

A self-induced trance of that sort would indeed be hard to understand for the average hobbit! Poor folks, trying to understand what's going on with Mr. Frodo!

Larner · 2 September 2005 · Chapter 4: March 16, 1420 S.R.

Hiding away in the dark must have seemed a release.

Starfire_Moonlight · 1 September 2005 · Chapter 13: March 25, 1420, S.R.

That was so sweet of Sam, Merry and Pip to do. Sam came just in the nick of time, didn't he? This is such a good story. At least now, Frodo knows he's not alone and that SB's plans are ruined! HA! :D

Larner · 31 August 2005 · Chapter 3: March 15, 1420 S.R.

The grief of illness, the lingering poison of the Ring, and the physical pain together have certainly left Frodo troubled indeed--and then to have to accept treatment from an S-B! Poor Hobbit! Am glad the doctor appears to be basically honorable, unlike a couple others we know of. And I find I like the chapters starting with the journal entries, followed so closely by the details of what is happening.

Author's reply

Thank you! I started writing the first journal entry to begin the story, and I wasn't sure if it was going to work or seem cheesy. Apparently it's effective. People seem to like the format and the story. :) Thanks for reading!

Starfire_Moonlight · 31 August 2005 · Chapter 13: March 25, 1420, S.R.

I think something messed up when you put this chapter in cause its the same as chapter 12. Unless its my mistake, ya never know. :D

Author's reply

*blushes* Fixed! I've no clue how I managed to do that. Thank you so much for catching that and for reading!

Starfire_Moonlight · 31 August 2005 · Chapter 12: March 24, 1420, S.R.

Can I choke him? Please please please! I want to choke the living heck out of Sandy Sackville-Baggins! I hope the Cotton's show up...no...SAM shows up. Yeah, that'll put that SB in his place! Please continue, though. :D

Author's reply

Next chapter up! Then, you can do whatever you like with Sandy -- choke him, if that's what you'd like. I'm considering doing a sequel to this story to deal with him, but so far I've not really cared for the versions I've attempted. Thanks for reading!

Larner · 31 August 2005 · Chapter 2: March 14, 1420 S.R.

A sad time, realizing he is so diminished.

Author's reply

Indeed. Thanks for reading!

Larner · 31 August 2005 · Chapter 1: March 13, 1420 S.R.

No, I don't think anyone has complained. This is an important part of what Frodo went through, and to explore what it might have been like is important as well as fascinating.

Author's reply

Thank you for reading and for the review! :)

Starfire_Moonlight · 31 August 2005 · Chapter 11: March 23, 1420, S.R.

Evil plotting! Harmful medicine! *gasp* That evil SB. Write more soon. :D

Author's reply

Next chapter will be up in a few minutes. Thanks for reading! :)

Starfire_Moonlight · 30 August 2005 · Chapter 10: March 22, 1420, S.R.

Glad to see Frodo's improving. It must suck to have a dislocated disk(my mom had one as well). Your journal's are really good, by the way. I mean, the way you write them its almost as if Frodo wrote them himself or something. And Sandy is acting all nice, but he's the main reason behind those horrible rumors. Can't wait till the next chapter. Hopefully, Sam and the others will figure out how to help their friend before he goes off into the deep end, if you take my meaning. :D

Starfire_Moonlight · 30 August 2005 · Chapter 7: March 19, 1420, S.R.

Wrath of a Baggins is nothing compared to a very angered Took, is it? So, it was that SB spreading those horrible rumors! He wants the name of Baggins to disappear forever! Just wait until Pip informs Sam and Merry of whats going on, although its likely they already know. This is a very good story, please contiue.:D

Author's reply

Thank you! Next chapter up, and I have the rest uploaded, just have to hit publish. Glad to know someone is reading. :)

Starfire_Moonlight · 29 August 2005 · Chapter 6: March 18, 1420 S.R.

What the?! Killing a baby cause it was crying?! Frodo..do that?? Never. Not in a million and one years! What lies! And whats that SB up to? Sorry I'm just now reviewing, but I never read this one, I don't think. Keep writing please!:D

Author's reply

Sure. I'll post the next chapter right now. As long as you can stay on and want to read, I'll keep posting the chaps. :) Thank you for reading!

Starfire_Moonlight · 8 May 2005 · Chapter 5: March 17, 1420 S.R.

Whats wrong with Frodo? Wait! Might it have somethin to do with Shelob? No, thats March 13th. This is the 17th. Hummm.... I'm stumped on this one. Don't know whats wrong with Frodo. Keep writing! :D

Author's reply

Sure! I'll post next chapter now. :) Twice in a day...how often do I get to do that? Not very. If I keep you hanging on this story for a while, it's because of school. Staying up til 1:30 a.m. doing hw nearly every night, and then anticipating doctor's call with lab results. *prays nothing major is wrong* Well, thanks for review! Jen

Starfire_Moonlight · 5 April 2005 · Chapter 4: March 16, 1420 S.R.

Poor Frodo. I can't believe that he thinks Sam has betrayed him! Sam would never do that! But, its not Frodo's fault that he thinks that, is it? Its that acursed Ring that is the center of everything, even though its gone, its left its mark on Frodo. Hope womeone will be able to talk some sense into him! And I have a funny feeling that his 'secert' diary won't be a secert any more, if you take my meaning. ;)

Author's reply

You shall see. :) All will be revealed in time. How'd I not see your review? Well, I'm going to update the story now for people who have read this. :) Thanks for the review! Jen

Lotrgirl1415 · 31 January 2005 · Chapter 2: March 14, 1420 S.R.
