Oops, after reading your summary again, I am probably wrong about my assumption that Faramir is the captain. I'll just wait and see what unfolds in the story.

Interesting start and I agree that the young to-be Rangers would probably be put to some sort of test. Is Faramir their "fearful" Captain? Please post another chap ASAP.

Mmmm. Very nice. Is "Arvegil" also going to be known as Faramir -- hence the friendship with Mablung? Guess I'll just have to tune in.
