So, Denethor wanted Farimir to go this time instead of Boromir, just to make sure he doesn't lose his son again! Guess he hasn't changed that much. But, Boromir is going because he wants to make up the mistake he made last time. Very interesting.

I wouldn't want to be the one to try and separate Sam and Frodo at that point. Just as well Elrond was willing to allow his rule to be broken as I fear he may have met his match in Sam. Keep it coming Antane

Ooo!!! Antane! This is the most provoking cliff-hanger in the history of fanfiction! But if you're like me you're enjoying my suspense immensely. :-) I just love this chapter! The love the three hobbits have for our dear Frodo, Sam's loving devotion, the lullaby, the adventure, the hobbits arguing about who will hold Frodo's hands, even the suspense-wonderful, wonderful! Really interesting so far, I like the detail, and the inclusion of the Elvish. The word "okay" really throws me out of the story every time I read it though, as it's a really modern word. The rest of the story is good, but it would be even better if you edited that word out.

Well, at least Gandalf doesn't have to worry about Sam not keeping promises. He proved that last time. And what sort of business does Gandalf have this time? He already knows about the Ring, so he doesn't have to go to Gondor, unless it has something to do with Aragorn. It seems that Saruman is starting his rain of terror pretty fast, eh? So, time reversed itself. Are we going to find out how this happened later on? So if everybody knows, does this mean that Aragorn is not king?. Will Boromir be brought back from the death and will he know? Are they going to do things differently? AAHH but if they know, So will Sauron! Knowing what he knows now.. he will have an advantage and will he do things differently? I need to keep reading. I am very intrigued!

Wow, so they have to do it again? That's not fair. Not for Frodo, Sam, Merry or Pippin. Same for the other Fellowship members. Do they know too that they have to do it again? Wait, that means Boromir is still alive. Maybe they can save him this time or something. Gandalf is so wise. He just knows what to say in the exact moments it needs to be said, doesn't he?
