I promised you a review and here I am. ;o) I *loved* this. So sweet and adorable. WeePippin as a cow...Just too cute and "Twick or Tweat!!" is exactly how our neighbour's little girl said it last Halloween. Our little Princess followed that up w/a "Tank you!!". :oD I love Halloween and not just because I get to see little ones all dressed up. The day before Halloween is my birthday. When I was little, it was the best. You had a party, cake and presents one day, then the next day you got to go out Trick or Treating and get candy. It was awesome!! It's still pretty great now that I'm all grown up. At least on the outside. ;o) This was a great little peek into what Halloween in The Shire could be like. I wonder if it spread anywhere else after Aragorn became the King Elessar. Sharing traditions from all his people was something he tried to do afterall. And can't you see a lil Crown Prince trick or treating in The Citadel? I can see the staff watching and thinking, "Yet another "strange" ritual of the King's." :oD I loved this story about "my holiday*. Can't wait for your next story m'dear. (((HUGS)))

Love this! Pippin is so cute! "I'm not a real cow" when he's afraid he won't get any of Estel's treats. I wanted to send this review Monday while I was in my Frodo costume but I couldn't get my Internet connection to work, so here it is finally! Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

Ah, this is adorable! Pippin's cow costume is so simple and he's so proud of it. I can just see him, Scamp and Frodo trekking through Hobbiton, winning smiles and treats from everyone they encounter. :D

Ah, what a sweet fluffy story! I'm just back from a weekend trip to London! There I saw, in front of St. Paul's Cathedral a young woman dressed as, I think Supergirl accompanied by a Vampire. What a pair ;-) But Scamp as a wizard? That tops everything!

Oh my gosh, this gives a new, deeper meaning to the word cute. I can't get over the image of hobbits dressed as cows and rangers. How adorable! I bet Aragorn has no idea what he's in for.

Had to read it again! LOL I can't get the image of Scamp in Wizard's garb out of my mind. I must find a dog to dress up for Halloween. LOL This is brilliant and so very sweet. I do think that Frodo would have made an excellent ranger. Hope he remembered not to wash his hair for a week or so.

I thought that Pippin in his cow costume saying "twick or tweat" was over the top until I got to Frodo dressing up as a ranger and Scamp as a wizard! Shire, you're out of control and I love it!
