i love it! i loved the first one, and this one is just as good if not better. Sam is such a sweet hobbit, isn't he? it's just like him to think he shouldn't have left Frodo. God bless, Elanor : )

Aww! *wipes eyes* What a beautiful chapter! Bless Rosie for being so wise! And dear Sam for being so understanding. I think it did them both good to share their dreams, and who better to share them with than each other? But I must say, Sam is dreadfully stubborn, and if I were Rosie, I'd be frustrated too. The teasing was soooo cute, and it was so wonderful to see Frodo shining with joy! Yes, I can definitely hear Frodo's voice in that song now, and it definitely fits the scene with the lonely star in Mordor. I thought of it when I wrote it, but I wasn't sure. I didn't think it was very good, and the last thing I expected was to see it here! :-) Can't wait to read more! Namarie, and God bless you always, mellon nin!

Darn cliffhanger! Hope nothin' seriously wrong, probably a bad dream. But, then again, those can be trouble too.
This chapter, like all others, is absolutely amazing. There are alot of lucky hobbits in the Shire, but I think Frodo and Rose are the luckiest. Along with Sam, of course. :D
Why oh why did I ever say anything about dratted cliff-hangers?! I can't believe you, Antane! You know you're raising your risks, don't you? Or do you already know that I can't find it in my heart to be cruel to my dearest friends? :-)
Anyway, this chapter was absolutely amazing! I begin to see the theme of the story really showing through. Yes, Frodo and Rosie are definitely the luckiest hobbits in the Shire. And Sam is also lucky. I think that if I could have someone to look after, I'd want someone as gentle and patient and wonderful as Frodo. Even if there was little I could do, I'd do all I could. This just keeps getting better, and I'm wondering when I'm going to break down and read from the beginning simply because I can't get enough! :-) Namarie, God bless,
Galadriel

Personally I doubt Frodo was quite all that ill at ease when he returned, although I like how you write it and the gentle love that helps to ease it.

I don't know if you read the first part of this or not, but since he's gone through this hell twice now, I think it would affect him sooner and deeper than before. But as you know he's going to have his good days and bad days.
Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

Another sweet, heart-warming chapter. Really liked this bit-
It’s too close to bedtime," Sam insisted when he first announced it when Frodo had returned to the story after their walk.
"Bedtime?! But that’s hours away, Sam," Frodo protested. "It's barely even tea time."
That sounds like Sam, alright, always lookin' out for Frodo.
Keep it comin', Antane! You know we love it. :D

Yes, very Sam-like. :)

I've been watching my inbox all day for thi...and it was certainly well worth it! A beautiful, beautiful chapter! And you continue to amaze me with the way you so beautifully portray the love between these two brothers of the spirit, and of the way you think of the perfect places for these songs! I'll think I've come up with the perfect one, and then it's something totally different and much more moving. I tried to sing this one just now and got choked up, just because of the picture you painted with your words. Oh, I can't wait to read more! Namarie, God bless,

Wonderful beginning, Antane.
Gandalf always has something of wisdom, don't he? And that moment between him and Bilbo, when Bilbo's trying to find someone to blame, wow. Beautiful as always. Frodo's surrounded by more love than he know. I just hope those nightmares don't trouble him too much.

Lovely beginning, Antane. As it is all AU I shall enjoy it as that. And love Frodo's intention to live the day as fully as possible.

Larner, I am so glad you are reading this! I am honored in fact. I'm sure you saw your own influence on my writing in Aragorn and Frodo's relationship. :) Sounds like we are going to be covering the same ground at the same time in our stories, it'll be interesting to see how both develop!

Oh, Antane! I don't even know where to begin! There's so much to love about this chapter that I can't even begin to put a name to it all! Let's see: the farewell between Frodo and Aragorn was beautiful; the affection between the hobbits and especially Frodo and Sam is as wonderful and heart-warming as always; I love how you used the song-I can really hear Frodo's sweet voice in that now; and the crown of all was the wedding, of course! :-) More, more, more!! :-) Namarie, God bless, hugs,
Galadriel
