A sweet story - how, indeed, did he deserve such a soft bed and bright sunlight and most wonderful of all, to see Sam safe and sound. Shouting aloud without thinking sounds like something I would do - cute touch! :)

I'm glad you liked that little touch. I imagine that in his shock at seeing Gandalf, he quite forgot everything else, like the fact that Sam was still sleeping. But yes, he completely deserved the soft bed, bright sunlight and peaceful surroundings. Thanks.

Thanks. lol I have to say that most mornings, when I wake up, my first impulse is to snuggle back into the blankets and go back to sleep. I had to give Frodo just a little bit of that feeling of not wanting to wake up. ;-)
