I do so love Errol! I like his high praise for Merry - he would have made a splendid stuffed rabbit.
I guess when Merry isn't around then dear old Errol comes in very useful, so I'm glad Pip doesn't have to hide him any more.

Thank you for this lovely review. It's always nice to know that someone is reading and enjoying. It is all the more pleasing when the story is an older one. Thank you!

Hm, it seems the Internet ate my review...
So, here it is again:
Thank you Errol and G.W.! I enjoyed this story a great deal.
Everyone should have either a stuffed rabbit or a Merry around. Pippin, however is the luckiest of all, because he has both of them to look after him :-)

Oh, I hate when my computer does that! Thank you for trying a second time. I really appreciate the review for this one since the story is from 2006. Thank you. I am so glad you enjoyed this one. : )

So nice to see this hear, GW! I enjoyed reading it again and I hope you have more for us soon. Errol is quite the little character!!!

I forgot all about this story for a while and when I ran across it, I realized that I hadn't posted it on Stories of Arda. It is from 2006 and so I really wasn't expecting anyone to read it. I just meant to archive it. I've been pleasantly surprised that it has got a few reviews. Thank you for reading this one again.

How wonderful to find a new tale of Errol! Yes, both the lads have grown up in the year they were gone, and Merry appreciates just why Errol is Pippin's second-best-friend. May Errol ever rule! Thank you for this!

It's strange but this isn't new at all. It won a MEFA in 2006 and then for some reason, I never got around to posting it here. I found it again last night and decided to post it before I lost it completely. LOL
Thank you for reviewing it and I'm very glad that you enjoyed it. I haven't written anything for Errol in some time so it's nice to know that people still remember him.

I adore Errol, and always have. What a dear, tender story.
“I guess you took care of him tonight,” he says softly. “Don’t worry. I won’t say anything about this to Pip.” He winks at me and I can see why Pippin loves him so.
I can see why Pippin loves them both. :)

Awww, thank you. He adores you too. I haven't written anything new for the bunny in a while but when I found this story and realized that I'd failed to post it anywhere but on my website (which I no longer use for much save storage.) I decided to move it here. Imagine my surprise when I got reviews on a story this old! Thank you for reviewing! Errol will be pleased. : )

Gee, you must have known I couldn't sleep tonight, and would wake up in the wee hours of the morning in need of some smiles from you!
I love this just as much now as I did the first time I read it. (((hugs)))

Why, thank you! It was funny about this one. I didn't realize it but I had never posted it anywhere except to my old website. In fact, the link on the MEFA site goes to the website. I was organizing a few things and decided to post this here for backup. I'm glad you still enjoy it.
