Wonderful to see a treasure restored, and the greater treasure in the now-grown son recognized! Delightful!

Larner · 15 October 2013 · Chapter 10: The Price of Fame

A most amusing thought that the two of them are credited with so many things that never happened! Heh! Delightful thoughts here.

Antane · 22 June 2013 · Chapter 7: The Miracle

We must pity those who don't believe in miracles. Hopefully Ivorwen will learn better! :) Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

Larner · 18 June 2013 · Chapter 8: Weary of Waiting

Larner · 14 April 2013 · Chapter 7: The Miracle

Oh, a miracle indeed. Ivorwen will realize soon enough that this time her companion is totally right! Score one for Ioreth!

Lindelea · 1 April 2013 · Chapter 7: The Miracle

"Such a nice polite young man." ! Not quite the words I'd use to describe the brave, loyal, upright, stalwart and intelligent Faramir... How his brother Boromir would laugh at this summation, with an affectionate clout for Faramir's shoulder (assuming they overheard such a comment in earlier days, while together during a brief time of rest in the White City), and a proud and knowing look. But sweetly amusing all the same. Ah, Ioreth...

Author's reply

Many thanks for your much appreciated review. I was thinking of how Ioreth might see Faramir and "Nice polite young man "would be high praise from her. She would indeed amuse Boromir! I'm pleased you enjoyed this.

Larner · 18 March 2013 · Chapter 6: And this is my Beloved

Larner · 18 March 2013 · Chapter 4: The Enigma of Thorongil

Had to laugh at Denethor's discomfort here. Backfired, didn't it? And apparently there aren't just hovels in the northern wilderness!

Larner · 18 March 2013 · Chapter 3: Homecoming

The feeling of loss is well communicated.

Kevana · 8 March 2013 · Chapter 5: Kindled Flame

This one is absolutely precious. I like that you shone a little light on their love story, brief as their time together ended up being. Thanks for this. -Kevana

Oh, very good! Well-realized characters. And then the little kicker at the end: accidental? Ivorwen certainly hasn't been told Aragorn will be re-named. But she was always a woman of vision....
