Indeed he has learned wisdom in his long years, and deserves this token of favor and approval. And his thanks are truly from the heart. His people will indeed be well served by their King.

This is quite unique, and I'm enjoying the story very much. King Elessar has earned not only the respect of Men, but of the Powers that watch over them.

I like this very much 'My Blue Rose'. Looking forward to more. You are gifted with the descriptive.

So it was Manwe! I really had no idea except it had to be a very important and special person to be in such a place. My guess was some older ancestor to Aragorn.Manwe! Aragorn must feel absolutely overwhelmed, It would be like seeing Jesus for a Christian. Im exited for their further conversation. So wellwritten and all the best/ Marianel , Sweden

Very nice. Thank you for this piece!
Larner · 19 November 2016 · Chapter 2: Sacrifice
Men have so seldom seen, much less recognized, the Ainur; this must be totally overwhelming for Aragorn. As for the offering being accepted in such a dramatic manner--I think I would have leapt halfway out of my own skin! No wonder Aragorn feels overwhelmed and terrified!
PSW · 18 November 2016 · Chapter 2: Sacrifice
This really is a wonderful story. And Aragorn/George make a good point... Thanks for writing and posting!
eliza · 18 November 2016 · Chapter 2: Sacrifice
Oooh how exciting, lol for me anyway. I'm sure Aragorn was feeling a few other things, like fear. The quote from G. Washington was wonderful, amazing how such a thing stands the test of time. looking forward to more

Ohhh, this is so fascinating. What an incredible experience for Aragorn, and for all of us. i especially appreciate this line: "One does not criticize silver for not being gold."
PSW · 8 November 2016 · Chapter 1: Hallow
I have read this before somewhere, and I loved it. Thanks so much for starting to post it here -- I am enjoying again, and of course it is a good time of year for it (probably you did that on purpose :-P). I look forward to the rest... Thanks so much for writing!

First off, I wasn't sure I'd like this, just another Aragorn as new king, but you pulled this off nicely. Not that I mean that to sound bad! *shakes head* I smiled at Aragorn's confrontation with his guard. Like mother hens and their royal chick! *laughs* And the description of his climb to the heights, the nature he encounters, I can almost smell the aspen and fir and see the glint of sunlight on the Anduin. Your temple here is unique! Minas Tirith is always described by its stone and statues, towers and weaving roadways but never, oh never by it's temples! And such a one! Not just a remembrance of past glories (like the king's hall) but a reminder of past follies. Those who do not learn from their past are doomed to repeat them indeed. And with the entire temple area a surround of what was created by Eru, including the isle of Numenor and all that meant to those people, this whole room becomes a pulse point of past, present and future. I am intrigued with how you will further this piece, seeing as how you left us hanging. Thank you for a good read, My Blue Rose. :)

Fantastic and very intriguing story.Love to hear about Numenor, personally I think there are too few stories including the Numenorians. So beautiful descriptions of the surroundings and some humour as well about Aragorns personal guards😆👍🏼I cant wait to know the rest! And who is the person in there? We will have to wait and see I guess and be patient😄All the best from Sweden/ Marianel

Larner · 2 November 2016 · Chapter 1: Hallow
Aha! I love how the past of this people is illustrated by the bas reliefs, and the honor Aragorn shows it all. Now, to learn the identity of the one who shares this temple with him.

You describe the climb and the chamber beautifully, I felt I was making this visit along with Aragorn. What a creative idea for a fic! I look forward to more.
