What a story this has been! BTW, you might want to change its status from "in progress" to "complete." Unless you're going to add an epilogue, that us.

Author's reply

Thanks - have done so. Thanks a lot for reviewing. LBJ

Too bad she won't be able to share her adventures with anybody once she gets home! If only a friend or relative of hers had shared the trip, she would have somebody to discuss it with.

Author's reply

Yes, I imagine it will be frustrating to keep quiet. Thanks a lot for reviewing. LBJ

Matt · 6 January 2018 · Chapter 5: Chapter 5

Nice job on this. Excellent interactions between Lothiriel and Sarah. The spreading awareness of her background and how she came among the Rohirim is also well done. Thanks for your hard work on this, looking forward to future installments.

Author's reply

Thank you. Glad you are enjoying. LBJ

Linda Hoyland · 3 January 2018 · Chapter 5: Chapter 5

Lothiriel's dress sounds wonderful. I'm wondering if Sara really wants to go home now.

Author's reply

I am sure she doesn't but we don't always get what we want. LBJ

Linda Hoyland · 3 January 2018 · Chapter 4: Chapter 4

I'm glad Gandalf could help Sara and Sara help Lothieriel.

Author's reply

He always steps up to the plate! Thanks for reviewing. LBJ

Linda Hoyland · 3 January 2018 · Chapter 3: Chapter 3

I loved the scene with the horses.

Inglor · 2 January 2018 · Chapter 5: Chapter 5

This is fun watching Imrahil's effect on her. And her battle with said feelings. Thanks again for taking us with you.

Author's reply

A pleasure. LBJ

curiouswombat · 23 December 2017 · Chapter 5: Chapter 5

I do like the reactions of 'the locals' to Sara trying to explain modern Britain and the concept of sexual equality. And I wonder which will be more upsetting to her, and Imrahil; getting back to her own time and place, or not doing so. I guess we are about to find out in the next few chapters, but first I am looking forward to the big wedding!

Author's reply

Well, I hope you won't be disappointed with my solution. Thanks for reviewing. LBJ

Chickadee · 9 December 2017 · Chapter 4: Chapter 4

This is brilliant! Great storyline and writing:)

Thank you. Glad you think so. LBJ

curiouswombat · 7 December 2017 · Chapter 4: Chapter 4

Hurrah for Gandalf! And poor Lothiriel, I remember that advice from her aunt, and a bit of reassurance is definitely going to help!

Author's reply

Yes, Than was always a fun scenario. Thanks a lot for reviewing.LBJ

Interesting chapter. As I never got into the Eomer-fics that much, I'm somewhat unfamiliar with your view of Rohan but do like this story a lot for the characterization, particularly of Sarah as you continue to develop her. Obviously the interactions with the elves and Gandalf will be an interesting wicket for Sarah to tread through. Thanks as always for your hard work on this, looking forward to the next installment.

Author's reply

Well I am glad you are finding it interesting, Thanks a lot for taking the time to review.LBJ

curiouswombat · 24 November 2017 · Chapter 3: Chapter 3

Just had time to pop over here - and what a lovely surprise to find a new story from you - I am doing the dance of joy! I really like this - there is nothing wrong with the 'girl falls into ME' genre when it is well written, and especially when it is not the 'tenth walker who saves everyone and Legolas loves to distraction' trope. And this, clearly, fulfils both criteria :)

Author's reply

Nice to hear from you, and thanks so much for reviewing. LBJ

Inglor · 22 November 2017 · Chapter 3: Chapter 3

I really like how you subtly dose magic into this. A 21st Century understanding of the world does not allow for sentient horses, mind reading etc. Sarah doesn't believe what she is seeing but those around her accept it as normal. So she has to. And we get to tag along. Thanks Again

Author's reply

I quite like a bit of magic. And there will be more to come. Thanks so much for reviewing. LBJ

Larner · 15 November 2017 · Chapter 2: Chapter 2

Aha! A second love fr\or Imrahil, then? A novel idea! Hope to see it come true!

Author's reply

Well he's not too old to have a little fun. Thanks for taking the time to review.LBJ

UTfrog · 14 November 2017 · Chapter 2: Chapter 2

Getting interesting. I like your work. Thank you.

Author's reply

Thank you for reading and reviewing.

Matt · 14 November 2017 · Chapter 2: Chapter 2

Really interesting chapter. One thing I would encourage you to do is to think through Sarah's physicality. IE if she's truly Eowyn's size, she would probably not be totally overborn by the Rohirim or Imrahil's people. However if she is Eowyn's size in body but not in height, this would impact how she interacts with both on physical and psychological levels. Is she curvy (thereby needing more support up top), or slender with fewer curves? Back in the day, handling this via radically different ways to set up clothing etc, was actually something of a serious issue for women as you doubtless already know but haven't really dealt with yet here. Very curious to see where you take this and thanks loads for your hard work on it.

Author's reply

You may be right, but this was only ever thought to be a little fun piece to give pleasure to me and anyone who read. My other stories are usually more crafted. Thanks a lot for reviewing. LBJ

Inglor · 10 November 2017 · Chapter 2: Chapter 2

And that, Ladies and Gentlemen, is how you write a cliffhanger. I like how you have her vaguely aware of the characters and the story, setting her apart (again) from the normal GFIME. And how you have given a logical reason for her to be inserted her into the company of "The Characters" lets us slide past the suspension of reality just a bit easier. As usual, your little details are what makes this such a cool drink of water in the desert. Oh, and... Imrahil!? This is going to be soooooo much fun!

Author's reply

I hope it is fun - that is the intention. And I have fallen for Imrahil lately - as I get older I imagine. LBJ

Inglor · 10 November 2017 · Chapter 1: Chapter 1

LBJ ventures into that den of inequity that is the Mary Sue. YAY! I went all LBJ Fanboy when this popped up. Huzzah! This is like watching a high school garage band murder Guns'N'Roses' "Sweet Child of Mine" at the annual talent show and Slash asks to sit in. This has to be the most unique take on this much maligned genre. No saving Boromir or doe eyed, divinely beautiful unknown daughter of Elrond altering that which shall not be altered. Just a modern girl's eye view of a mini side note from the original text. A side note that the author has so eloquently expounded and chronicled in so any ways that we cannot wait to see how it all happens this time. Here endeth the gush. Thanks for taking us with you Inglor

Author's reply

I never thought to write anything like this but some dark times prompted me to go for a little fun. Thanks for your support. LBJ

Linda Hoyland · 10 November 2017 · Chapter 2: Chapter 2

It's good to see Sara making herself at home.

Author's reply

But will she stay or will she go? LoL. Thanks for reviewing. LBJ
