Another small masterpiece from your talented hand! I always enjoy your writing-you can make me smile, cry, and laugh within a matter of minutes, and it always feels genuine and correct. In this vignette, you've done a lovely job of conveying so many big feelings and heavy concerns, and then ending with a truly heartwarming image. I'll be smiling about that robin's nest for a while!

Linda! I really liked this! Both Aragorn and Faramir as honorable men and soldiers would have these doubts and I think you dealt with these issues really well! I love the way the challenge ideas were woven into the story. It read very smoothly, if you hadn't have mentioned it I would not have noticed that it was a word challenge. Nicely done! MM
