Queen Galadriel · 4 January 2006 · Chapter 3: Maybe He Should Just Stick to Water from Now On

*giggles uncontrolably* N-nice...horsey? You have got to be kidding! LOL! Oh my, that's hysterical! God bless, Galadriel

Queen Galadriel · 4 January 2006 · Chapter 2: A Fateful Meeting

Oh, I love this! That would have been an interesting way for Gandalf and Pippin to meet. Hmmm, wonder how Dwarves make such magical toys? :) God bless, Galadriel

Queen Galadriel · 4 January 2006 · Chapter 1: Cousins

Aww! I just love baby hobbits! They're so loveable and irresistible! And this little interlude is very cute. Yes, leave it to Pip to get messy by crawling into a pumpkin! LOL! God bless, Galadriel

Frodo Baggins · 23 October 2005 · Chapter 5: Minas Tirith: Kitchen Duty

I overlooked this one before. It is really funny!! That is very much how I think Frodo would act after the Quest. Still full of teasing mischeif with his cousins....and using the "poor, frail Ringbearer" thing to get out of things he didn't want to do!! Very funny and well written!! I love all of your stories. God Bless, Frodo Baggins

Frodo Baggins · 23 October 2005 · Chapter 4: Maybe it's the Accent

Hey, these were all so funny. Very Tookish! I like the last one especially."Maybe it's the accent." That's something I haven't thought of before. He reminds me of my little brother. Annoying, but oh so cute.... God Bless, Frodo Baggins

Thanks, Frodo! These were a lot of fun to write.

I was doing so well through all these ficlets--not a single tear, just damp eyes. But then you had to write that very last line. *sigh* Hobbit love gets me every time. *wipes tear*

Author's reply

It gets me every time, too! We're all hopelessly lost, precioussss.... lossst... Glad you enjoyed these!

You are a very sneaky author, Shirebound. You lured me in to your trap with that awesome first chapter of "Quarantined" and the next thing I knew, I was going back and reading all of your stories! Even the ones that have solely to do with Hobbits (shudders). I'm very afraid that you have turned me into (gasps) a Hobbit-lover! I have something in mind for you...

Author's reply

(hangs head in shame while long hair hides secret grin) I suppose I should apologize, but... ooops! No time! (sneaks off to write more about hobbits...)

Coriel · 12 October 2003 · Chapter 4: Maybe it's the Accent

Ha-HA! Gandalf, you seem to have forgotten how perceptive Legolas is. Not that it really matters; you're far too obvious. :) The Elf may not mention it again, but I think he knows darn well that that hobbit has that wizard wrapped around his little finger! Maybe it *is* the accent.

Author's reply

Isn't this a fun concept to think about? :) Those Tooks... so fiendishly (and endearingly) clever. Glad you liked it!

FantasyFan · 11 October 2003 · Chapter 1: Cousins

All together now..... Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!! That's got to be the cutest thing I've ever read.

Author's reply

Thanks, FantasyFan! These were all such fun to write, and the first one ("Cousins") only came together yesterday. So glad you like it!
