The two parts of this chapter connect so well. You are doing an amazing job with the suspense too! Can't wait for more. Trouble is, I wonder how much more poor Frodo can withstand! If he can take it then so can I, lets have more.
Author's reply
Oh, you're one of those who can still manage with Frodo's ordeal. I hope he is going to be strong!

Oh, poor Frodo! I don't think Gandalf truly understood what Frodo was going through. At least he had a brief respite before facing this newest round of torture from Sauron. I sound like a sicko but, I'm really enjoying this. *gets on knees and begs* Please update quickly! I'll bring popcorn for everyone! :D
Author's reply
How about for Frodo? Will he get the popcorn? :)) *looking around* Wonder if the others agree with this endless torment. *shudders*

This is a great tale, but I thought Gandalf had lost his staff? how did he get it back?
Author's reply
Sorry for the lateness. Gandalf lost his staff in Moria, if I'm not mistaken? But this story happened before that. This was before they got to Rivendell. So glad to hear from a new reader. I'd like to hear more from you!

wow, great moving chapter. Frodo is making a good choice but not a wise one. He can't die because he's got so many people in love with him! lol...anyway I love the characters in this chapter, so believable and their reactions in this story is perfect for their character in the LOTR! I'm dying to know what happens next! and did I tell ya how amazing this story is?
Author's reply
So many people in love with him? 100% agree to that! But don't be dying yet. And even if you haven't, thanks for telling me that now!
Oh, no! You are going to kill him! Surely not! There had better be more of this soon as I am very bad at waiting especially when it is this good!

Poor Frodo! He'd rather die? You wouldn't let that happen would you? I am going on to the next chapter to see what you are up to now. You always surprise me and I like that.
Oh, found a tiny little typo: We have to heal you so we can safe (save?) your captured spirit.”
Author's reply
I feel so bad! I don't reply to all my reviewers. So sorry.

I loved this chapter. I'm glad that Gandalf knows that Sam is safe with the Ring. I don't like the fact that Frodo is thinking of becoming a wraith.
