Awww. An honorary hobbit, indeed!

Tigger · 14 November 2005 · Chapter 7: Hiding from the King

Awww...What a warm, snuggly, comfy piece of fluff on a very cold fall day here where I am. Thank you for posting it.

Great series of drabbles. Love the hobbits and their pranks, the fireworks, and a king who has sweets in his pockets.

Larner · 13 November 2005 · Chapter 6: Mad Bagginses

Oh, Gaffer, what a wonderful tribute to the new young master! Love it!

GamgeeFest · 13 November 2005 · Chapter 6: Mad Bagginses

The Gaffer held a good deal of respect for those "mad" Bagginses. It's so nice to see his thoughts of appreciation here. I could see Frodo doing something like that, and thinking nothing about it.

harrowcat · 13 November 2005 · Chapter 6: Mad Bagginses

You have this voice very nicely Elendiari. I do enjoy drabbles.

Dreamflower · 12 November 2005 · Chapter 6: Mad Bagginses

Very nice! I love the Gaffer's voice in this, and that it's Marigold instead of Sam...

Larner · 10 November 2005 · Chapter 5: In Rivendell

Ah, Arwen, enjoy the pleasure of seeing your love crowned with delight, enjoying Hobbits' senses of humor.

harrowcat · 10 November 2005 · Chapter 5: In Rivendell

*g* 'all hail the king indeed! (P.s. you are missing an 's' off leaves! Yes I do know I am a perfectionist who shouldn't really comment because she isn't an author herself *tongue in cheek grin*)

Larner · 9 November 2005 · Chapter 4: Sneaky Plots and Worried Kings

Oh, how wonderful! Yes, sneaky plots indeed--and worthy ones for Kings to lose their worries over.

Larner · 9 November 2005 · Chapter 3: The Dark Days

A lovely, poignant look at the days that must have taken a great deal out of Frodo in the last few months. A sea breeze managed to reach him in the middle of the Shire? A blessing and further invitation sent by the Valar, I'm certain.

Mum's the Word · 9 November 2005 · Chapter 4: Sneaky Plots and Worried Kings

"If I didn’t know better, I’d say they were plotting to overthrow me." Sulfur! Fireworks! Perfect.

to scold two hobbits, a wizard and an elf in front of all these people is to flirt with death. Too right! Poor Aragorn - can't even plan a peaceful feast!

Author's reply

He must be so stressed, poor man. Can't even enjoy his kingship without worrying about what those rascals are up to!

Larner · 7 November 2005 · Chapter 2: Dinner in Rivendell

Ah, dear Pippin and his practical jokes. Sounds like a good addition to the prank war!

Author's reply

And it was written a full year before the prank war, too! I think I had it in for Rivendell even then... :)

Larner · 7 November 2005 · Chapter 1: Yule at Tuckborough

Ah, yes, the giving Took. A good look at the future Thain.

Aw, Pippin is such a dear, feeding the bird for Yule. Such an easy thing to imagine him doing.

Author's reply

Isn't he a sweetheart? I love Pippin. :)

harrowcat · 6 November 2005 · Chapter 1: Yule at Tuckborough

This deserves an 'aw!'
