| Lindelea! "The kitchen was silent save the crackling of the fire on the hearth, the sound of several voices softly sobbing, the occasional murmur from the healer. It did not seem possible that it could be the same place which had seen such merriment--dancing, song, laughter--scant hours earlier." Ouch! But sometimes life is like that. | 😞😞 Well, this wasn’t a fun chapter. I’m so sorry this happened - and at such an awful time too! Author Reply: No, it wasn't a fun chapter at all. And there will be some lasting pain, just as in real life. The only way I could get through this part of the story was to keep my heart fixed on the future joy that was promised in the story outline.
