| VERY nice. Denethor could have accepted anything, I think, had Boromir lived. Author Reply: My thought exactly. You know all those alternate "Faramir joins the Quest" stories (which I never read, lol)...well, I think in those, Denethor would have lived. Boromir was his life. So sad for more than worthy Faramir. | |

| There are times when, despite his nobility and sorrow, I just want to slap Denethor upside the head and scream at him about what his choices have done to his sons. This is one of those times. Well done! And so true... Author Reply: Yeah, I've been thinking a lot about Denethor for the next chapter of All for Her and this little drabble popped up. I would love to slap the spit out of Denethor, too. | |
