That was lovely, so bittersweet. The first person POV makes it somehow more poignant. I'm going to look for your other stories. TF

Wow, this was well written. I liked the emotion you put into it, the different perspective on what might have happened after Legolas and Gimli sailed. When I finished reading it, I wasn't sure whether I felt depressed or glad. I think that's a good sign for your writing, though. It can be read on more than one level. Nice work! Author Reply: Thank you very much! In all honesty, this little ficlet fell out of my head in a single afternoon. It just came out of this one line ('my name is Legolas') that I didn't even include in the fic! Anyways, thank you for the kudos - and feel happy! Legolas and his friends are all together again!

That was a beautiful story with a unique ending. It is wonderful to encounter a tale of the end of the world with a theme not of sorrow but of joy. It reminds me of a Czech song which says, approximately, "Sleep is sweet, so I am thankful for tiredness." Your prose is truly lyrical in its simple complexities. It draws in a reader, takes him on a journey and sets him to peace. Thank you for sharing this story. Author Reply: WOW! This is the bestest review EVER! Seriously, this truly put a smile on my face. This story was the product of about an hours work, and was never beta'd, so you've made me feel REALLY good about myself. Thank you for a well-thought out review. xoxo Cor
