| 以前测的是MyBookWorld 单碟 1TB (blue ring)。今天在 MyBookWorld 单碟 2TB (white light) 上做了一个测试，证实了我的猜想：nfs 比 cifs (samba) 要快。大文件 nfs 的读速率为 8.8 MB/s，cifs 的读速率为 5.8 MB/s，未作写速率测试。我的逻辑也很简单，nfs 是 linux native potorcol，而 cifs 是 linux 为“照顾” windows 而开发的 potorcol，nfs 比 cifs 节约资源，而 MyBookWorld 硬件差，缺的就是资源，难怪 nfs 会快好多。 | |

| Oh what a wonderful and little tale! I was pleasantly surprised that after the sneaking of Merry he was caught by Frodo! What seemed a crawl in the bushes now turned out to be sneaking in the hall of Bag End! This little story was too short and yet not.
