This is so good! I have to go to bed. There are so many good stories here, but I can't hold my eyes open anymore. thanks for writing this.

This is beautiful. And it rings true with a picture of gallant, brave Boromir, the one who was loved by everyone who knew him. The details are covincing.

Author Reply: Thanks very much, daw. I'm glad it seemed true to Boromir -- I'm such a sap about the character I'm always afraid it will come across as... um... sappy. :)

Thank you for writing this beautiful story. I love the idea of Boromir's men meeting once a year as their own tribute to him. It makes sense they would feel him more like than in a statue.

Author Reply: Thank you for your kind review. A bar does seem more his native turf than the House of the Dead, doesn't it?

That's wonderful. I can well imagine this exact scene, becoming a year-by-year tradition. How could they ever forget Boromir, their captain?

Author Reply: Thanks so much -- I'm glad you enjoyed it. I think he does seem the kind of person who would inspire such love.
